  • Your pledge card! Where you will write how many minutes per day you are going to commit for the next 6 weeks.

    Step 4: Make your commitment


    You are officially registered once you make your commitment within the group! 

    Print your commitment card (download below) & post a selfie in the group introducing yourself & how many minutes a day you are committing to yourself! We ask for a minimum of 10 minutes per day.

    If you don't have a printer, it's completely fine to just write on a piece of paper or track on your phone!
