We offer a 30-day refund/exchange on our products as long as they are still in their original condition (unworn with labels attached). Customers will be responsible for return shipping. We suggest using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for the parcel if it goes missing.
Once the products are received back at our warehouse, we will process the refund/credit note/exchange within 7-10 business days. The refund will be paid back to the payment gateway that the customer used to purchase the order.
If you receive an incorrect item or order, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org, to notify us of the issue. You have up to 30 days post-purchase date to advise us that you have received an incorrect item or order.
-We are unable to accept returns on Clearance, Sale, or Defect items communicated onsite as non-perfect, as the order is final. This is unless the item is faulty and the defect was not communicated onsite.
-We are unable to refund bundle packs as they are heavily discounted.
-Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Sale-clearance items are final sales. They cannot under any circumstances be exchanged or refunded due to incorrect sizing or change of mind. A refund or exchange is only applicable if an item is faulty and was not communicated as non-perfect onsite.
Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash. Store credit cannot be transferred. Any orders placed in-store credit will only be refunded as store credit if necessary. Store credits are applied to the account registered with N.O.P and used to place your order.
-Bundle pack policy:
If you have purchased a bundle pack, you will be unable to receive a refund for these items as they are discounted items, so the sale is final.
However, you may:
- return any items from the bundle pack for store credit within 30 days of receiving your order provided the original packaging is intact and unopened or
- exchange an item from the bundle pack for a different size or color in the same style only within 30 days of purchase. These items must be unworn and returned with a protective seal and packaging intact.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Return & Exchange Policy for BOGO Deals
You are welcome to exchange individual items from a BOGO deal for any other item in our store up to the full price of the original item.
If the new item is cheaper than the original item, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
If the new item is more expensive than the original item, the difference will be charged to your original payment method.
Example: You purchased a BOGO deal where each item was originally $20. You can exchange one of the items for another item priced up to $20. If the new item is $15, you will receive a $5 refund. If the new item is $25, you will be charged a $5 difference.
Items purchased in a BOGO offer are considered a pair.
The BOGO discount applies to the lower-priced item, making it essentially free.
Returning any item from a BOGO deal:
We will calculate a new, equal value for each item based on the total order amount minus shipping costs for both items.
This new value represents the cost of each individual item when the BOGO discount is applied.
Only the returned item's new value will be refunded to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
